6 week post-partum program
Why do we need a post partum program?
Our body takes 10 months to grow a baby and in this process our muscles, tendons and ligaments are expanded to allow for growth and prepare for delivery. What do we do to get the ligaments to support our pelvis and remain stable after it’s been pushed to the limit?
Nothing, until now!
We have developed this program to give women their freedom back and not have to worry about leaking with every sneeze, lift of a child or when exercising.
What are common limitations?
- Pelvic misalignment
- Urinary Urgency/Frequency
- Coccydynia, SI Joint and Lower Back
- Pubic symphysis separation
- Diastasis recti
- Abdominal pain, c-section scarring
- Muscle tearing/scar tissue
