Elbow, Wrist, & Hand Pain Relief:

It’s Time To Get A Grip On Your Pain!

Occupational Therapy Can Help You Find Relief

Do you have trouble typing on your computer? Does your elbow or wrist pain prevent you from finishing your work? If so, you may be suffering from Tennis Elbow or Carpal Tunnel Syndrome. While medicines help, they are not a long-term cure. Occupational and Physical Therapists help determine if the joints are moving properly and if the muscles are doing their job.

Occupational Therapy

What is Occupational Therapy/ Certified Hand Therapy?

Occupational/Hand therapy is the art and science of evaluating and treating conditions of the upper extremity (arm, elbow, forearm, wrist, and hand). Our aim is to restore the function of our patients after injury, surgery, or illness.

We provide One-on-One treatment utilizing many skilled techniques that address your specific needs and treatment goals so that you perform your daily living and occupation with less pain and more ability.

How Can Occupational Therapy Help You?

Our occupational therapist performs a specialized assessment of your injury and designs a plan of care directly for you. She uses a variety of techniques to assist you in returning to your full functional ability. These may include modalities, manual skills, cupping, instrument-assisted manual skills, ergonomic training, joint protection, splinting, and therapeutic exercise/strengthening.
