Sarah G. OTR/L

Occupational Therapist

Sarah graduated from Boston University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy. She specializes in hand therapy and has been working in outpatient clinics for the past 25 years. She was previously Director of Rehab and team leader of contract services for Northeast Rehabilitation Health Network. She has a network of connections as she has been working in this area for over 30 years. Sarah received her Physical Agent Modality (PAM) certificate and utilizes a variety of manual techniques as well as modalities to improve her patient outcomes. She performs Graston and is certified in upper extremity kinesiotaping. Sarah is skilled in custom orthotic fabrication for the upper extremity to address both neurological and orthopedic conditions. She has a specialty in communication for her patients, doctors, families, and insurance to help streamline their care. She is the Student Coordinator for all of our facilities bringing in students from high school to collegiate level.

Outside of work, she enjoys family.  Her youngest son serves our country as a Marine.  Her older son a regional sales manager for KTM motorcycles. She spends her time traveling to wherever her boys might be. She loves to snuggle up with the cats and take long walks with her dogs. One of her favorite hobbies is riding her Street Glide Special with her husband on new adventures. She avidly takes courses at Sig Sauer Academy to push herself to become an accurate and safe pistol shooter with the goal to become an instructor one day.
